Abstract

This study examines the organizational, economic, and strategic implications of integrating artificial intelligence into business decision-making processes. Using a conceptual research approach based on comparative analysis, systematic literature synthesis, and theoretical modeling, the study investigates the relationships among AI capabilities, decision quality, organizational readiness, and competitive advantage. The research develops an integrated human–AI decision-making framework that combines strategic alignment, data governance, algorithmic analysis, managerial oversight, and performance evaluation. The proposed framework offers a methodological foundation for improving managerial efficiency, strengthening organizational adaptability, and managing the economic and ethical risks associated with AI-supported business decisions
