Abstract

Nutrition is one of the important factors in raising the level of physical efficiency, increasing the speed of recovery and resisting fatigue, as it is an example of the connection between the external environment and the human body, and that malnutrition greatly affects blood sugar and blood pressure levels during exercise, and that poor nutrition may affect the levels of some important elements in the body, such as some vitamins and minerals and others. The change in lifestyle and the subsequent decrease in the level of physical activity may lead to excessive weight gain, as well as an increase in cases of arterial diseases, obesity and associated diseases, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart attacks and anxiety. The current era is facing a technological revolution and development in all fields, especially the sports field, which imposed on humans a lifestyle characterized by comfort and deprivation of much of their movement and activities. The machine has replaced everything that humans used to do, which led to the occurrence of many diseases that negatively affected the life of the individual and society, and perhaps the most prominent of these diseases is obesity. Based on the above, the importance of the research lies in preparing a physical nutritional program due to its importance in the process of losing weight and improving the level of morphological measurements in general and improving the shape of the body in particular for the practical benefit of both women And women in how to organize the process of losing weight and avoid surgical intervention and taking slimming pills. The study aimed to know the effect of the proposed physical diet program on weight, body mass index and morphological measurements of the circumferences of some body parts of the research individuals. The most important conclusions were that the proposed physical diet program had a positive effect in reducing both body weight, body mass index and circumferences of some body parts under study.
