In both groups, the actual distribution of C807T polymorphism genotypes corresponded to those expected under the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (p

<0.05). A significant relationship was established between the risk of developing chronic venous insufficiency and the distribution of predisposing/protective variants of the C807T polymorphism genotypes in the VEGFA gene. These data allow us to suggest testing this locus to predict the risk of occurrence and progression of chronic venous insufficiency.>
Kakharov A. N, Vasilevskiy E. A, Kurbonboev B. Currently, CKD is recognized as one of the leading causes of death worldwide. Another medical and social problem is hypertension, which is the most important cardiovascular risk factor worldwide and one of the main causes of CKD. The high prevalence and comorbidity of CKD and hypertension, as well as an unfavorable prognosis, determine the need for effective prevention and treatment of these conditions. The use of nephroprotective approaches in the treatment of CKD can significantly improve the prognosis both in patients with risk factors for the development of renal dysfunction and in patients with existing kidney disease. According to modern recommendations for the treatment of hypertension, patients with high-risk hypertension, including from the standpoint of nephroprotection, are shown combination therapy with drugs from two groups, preferably in one tablet. The study introduced a theoretical structure that encompassed sports training, sand training, physical performance, and skill performance. The study utilized the experimental methodology. The research equipment comprised a racemeter, a stopwatch, a measuring tape, measuring ropes, rubber ropes, weighted medicine balls, iron bars, hurdles, wrestling bars, jump ropes, weight jackets, iron hurdles, and a test involving running, pulling up, bridging, and response speed. A sample of (20) Romanian wrestling players under the age of (17) in the Minya Governorate clubs were subjected to the action of broad jump. The participants were placed into two groups: an experimental sample consisting of 10 players, and a control sample consisting of 10 players from the Military Institution Club in Minya. The research findings verified that implementing a sand resistance training program effectively enhances the physical and skill attributes of Romanian wrestling players. The research suggests prioritizing structured training programs for wrestling players, since these programs have been found to enhance both the physical and skill aspects of the sport. Implementing such programs is crucial for elevating the performance level of players.
Assistant Lecturer, Samer Mahdi Saleh Copyright (c) 2024 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 http://scienticreview.com/index.php/gsr/article/view/487 Fri, 08 Nov 2024 00:00:00 +0000 Prospects for the development of electronic money as one of the development directions of the payment system http://scienticreview.com/index.php/gsr/article/view/488
This article discusses issues that are associated with such a concept as "electronic money". The experimental method was used, and the players of the AlTaawon Sports Club junior category represented the research sample. The researchers used the motor response speed test to measure the motor response time with a visual stimulus, the motor satisfaction scale to identify the degree of individual satisfaction with his movements and motor and physical characteristics, and the short-term defensive movements test to measure the player's speed in short-term defensive movements. After conducting the pre-tests and implementing the educational program, then conducting the post-tests, the data were recorded and organized in specific tables to obtain the test results using the following statistical methods: the arithmetic mean, the standard deviation, and the calculated (t) value. The calculated t-values showed statistically significant differences (p

<0.05) between the pre- and post-measurements in all variables, indicating a positive effect of the training program on the
Nassr Khalid Abdulrazzaq, Labeeb Zouyan Moseekh, Saleh Ali Danhash, Hussein Ali Suleiman Copyright (c) 2024 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 http://scienticreview.com/index.php/gsr/article/view/492 Thu, 28 Nov 2024 00:00:00 +0000
